    No, I would say that calling him a massive miss is pretty much spot on.

     

    March 2017 has been a fairly quiet month for deaths up until this point. I mean, there was Joni Sledge but who else was there?

    If it was pneumonia that can be quite hit or miss. If it doesn't kill a person and they make a recovery they are usually safe for a while, but with older people it is quite often fatal.

    You may notice all the "I love you xxx" in those emails - is it just me, or is it not a bit gay for two heterosexual men to talk like that, even if they have been friends for many years and one of them is seriously ill with cancer? Or am I just a homophobic prick?

     

    Anyway - after the deaths of prog giants Squire, Emerson, Lake and Wetton, hopefully there won't be any more big name deaths on the prog scene for a good while.

    Oh and saw this last night, the India episode. I wouldn't give Bill Oddie more than 10 years, he's actually a lot more pot bellied than I thought he was and seems to like his own company too much and prefers not to take part in group activities involving exercise. The 87 year old whose name I forget was in good health for his age, but I still would give him 5 years tops. Can't even remember too much about the rest of them.

    You could always look. There's plenty of sites out there on which to do your research.

     

    In all honesty, I don't even look at porn on my computer. Don't want it getting full of viruses and nasty malware which these sites are full of.

     

    TBF, its better to watch porn and get a virus on your computer than to go out, get you leg over then end up with a nasty virus.................

    But to fill your computer with porn and go on porn sites on a regular basis, does your average laptop as much good as smoking 40 a day does to a human.

     

    I smoked 20 + a day for 30 yrs, I gave up 2 1/2 yrs ago and ive felt more shit than when I smoked!

     

    As my old mum used to say, you'll be fine as long as you wipe it clean afterwards.

     

    I think the rule is to have a slash afterwards.

     

     

    And if you have a nippy piss you're all like...

    I saw an episode of this a few months back and they had Bobby George, Wayne Sleep, Rosemary Shrager and Miriam Margoyles going around in Japan. Definitely agree with those who say Sleep is one of the fittest on the show by far and is likely to last a long time yet. Out of the four I mentioned, the other three do not look in good shape at all particularly.

     

    Has the new series with them in India started yet?

    I don't know anyone who got to 100. Most people in my area die of cancer or in sleep between ages 50 and 76. Few see the 90's. If my great grandma lives till October 2017 she will be the first in my family to reach 90 (her husband died in 1983 so the theory of partner death doesn't hold it, she lived through her daughter's cancer and death, her husband's cancer and death, her 3 sisters died before reaching 80 and both son in laws cancerous deaths, the last one was in 2016). Only 3 of my family members got to see 80's, the rest died at 76, 52, 56, 58, 73 and so on....and notable mention, my grandma is 81 and won't see the next year (dying in hospital) :D I love my genes, if I become famous you can make me a thread, I won't live past 55 ;)

    Wow, this sounds like you all live/lived in a ´Cancer Cluster´area. MOVE asap! Something is in the soil or water that is making everyone die too young. It might not be too late for you. Do some research on the LOVE CANAL in New York state. Any chemical factories or something similar nearby now or in the past? (P.S. The government will NOT help you.)

    Massively long signatures are self-indulgent. 99% of people have no interest in other people's teams. I just link my current DDP team for the 1%.

     

     

    Got to disagree there. I like reading others' signatures to see if they have made a decent list or not

    Was just searching twitter.Tragically hip and Gord Downie`s accounts have not been posted on for some weeks.An ominous sign perhaps.Also in October in an interview,he said that he had to write things o his hands to jog his failing memory including the interviewer`s name.He had known the interviewer for over 20 years. Apparently on bad days he can`t remember lyrics to his songs and his children`s names.

     

    If it's a good precedent to go by, John Wetton did that quite a few times before he died - stopped tweeting when in hospital receiving treatment for a few weeks, then started again when able to do so. His last tweet was 17 days before his death.

    It's a form of mental illness. In some cases it's sexually based.

     

     

    There was that documentary "Fat Girls and Feeders" that came out donkey's years ago way back in the early 2000s. There was a repeat of it shown recently, made me want to puke.

     

    There's nothing wrong at all with a woman being curvy, in fact many men like that - it's just morbid obesity that is extremely unhealthy and to see it actively encouraged is disgusting.
