Agree with this user! I think the comitte should consider a few names ( around 3 or 4 ) of famous younger people with drugs or mental problems. Those could be consider a risk? A wasted pot? Yeah maybe... but that would the same for all the 50 names on the list that didn't died at the end of the year! Kirk Douglas, Herman Wouk, BillyGraham, Zsa Zsa Gabor, have been on the list how many times? 11? 12? A certain on a young name will generate a massive media attention!
