Grim Deeper replied to The Mad Hatter's topic in DeathList Forum
I miss Terry Jones on te list I think the commitee suffers from Post Traumatic Aretha Franklin Disorder, so they put on a lot of music related people just in case. But im glad they included Shane, Harry, Jerry and Ginger. -

Songs that would never be made today?
Grim Deeper replied to Deathray's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
That one, if released today, would now get headlines and protests and so on. In 1971, no one cared. Speaks for itself, I think nowadays people won''t get this song and just take it literally. And last for two reasons: Gary Glitter singing 'Do you wanna touch me', gets a whole other meaning now. And with the whole #Metoo thing, male sexual self-worshipping/dominance would not fall good now. -
R.I.P. He released this in 1970. Imagine something like this released nowadays. https://www.discogs.com/Peter-Wyngarde-Peter-Wyngarde-Commits-Rape/release/5846783

"The shocking truth is only 38% of people diagnosed with Lung cancer survive a year or more. Largely this is due to the fact that many cases are diagnosed too late. " Oh come on Leah, don't tease us like that.
