Unconfirmed reports 1970s / 80s actor Ty Henderson, whose credits included recurring roles on 'Room 222' & 'Madame's Place' and a co-starring role in the short-lived 'Space Academy' opposite Lost In Space's Jonathan Harris, has died at age 71.
