My best guess is 'no'. Even if she didn't get an obituary write-up, her own family would've assuredly put one in the local newspaper as a paid obit. The best online resource I know for those is legacy.com. Didn't find an entry for her.

Appears to be, from what I've gleaned. Going the other way and figuring out which ECW PPV now has the highest body count is a little difficult, as Wikipedia doesn't have links to all events. However, Ultimate Jeopardy (1996) has to be right up there.
