    Depends what type of accident - something not linked to his alcoholism would be more shocking than if he fell over drunk and died from that.

    42nd President perhaps more famous than Kirk ditto if you go too all those with lesser accusations then the Orange one is eligible

    And more people know of these accusations than Kirk's I think.

    Olivia lives in France so can be said to have strong french links.
