The Happy Birthday Thread
Miranda lass replied to Lord Fellatio Nelson's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
He has been since late November -
Fred Lorenzo, racing driver is dead. He was eighty-nine (and outta time) this puts my personal DL at 10 hits now!
-
I wonder if they will include Peter Cellier? He would be ninety-seven (and off to heaven)
-
What is it with people dying and me not knowing? I just looked up John Prescott to see how he was doing.. found out he died 3 weeks ago, but nobody told me this. Well a ninth hit for me this year oh la la

Happy 99th birthday to Dick Van Dyke And Happy 49th birthday to Tom Delonge -
The top question I have from meeting anyone that age is why have you been able to live that long? He believed it was thanks to a lot of help from upstairs in his own words.
-
Yes same. I met the then oldest man of Britain in 2011 aged 109 but he functioned as a 84 year old. But other care home residents there were only in their 70s but seemed more like centenarians
-
Deffo John Williams because he wanted episode 9 of star wars to be the last one he worked on. I'm guessing he won't be around for episode 10 is why. Don't worry myself over Celine Dion tbh. Her heart will go on

So, How's Your 2025 Shortlist Looking?
Miranda lass replied to Death Impends's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Did mine months ago with the issue people can and have died before the new year starts! Literally looked up a ton of names born in 1925 or 1937 etc but many were people I wasn't even familiar with -
I know the star off saved by the bell did die so isn't totally farfetched
-
Iron maiden are very famous with their latest 3 albums being number 1 in over 25 countries, so I can see their drummer making the list at some point

Bryan Johnson (and other anti-aging people)
Miranda lass replied to gcreptile's topic in DeathList Forum
And William Roache. In 2010, he stated he had done coronation Street for 50 years and would do it for another 50 years -

India did lose 3 million souls to the virus Any thoughts btw, why China, although having a similar population, coped a lot better, only lost about 5 thousand of their people? -
What Are You Listening To Right Now?
Miranda lass replied to Joey Russ's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
I was just listening to midlife crisis by faith no more. It's kinda scary how the song says "I'm thirty something" cause I am now! -
Like the name United states is purely irony and as people have said America isn't United with the orange faced man in charge
-
So Dick Cheyney is someone I don't see bowing out until 2027, then 86 and 15 years with his transplant heart. I think Attenborough can survive to 2026 so hadn't thought of him Surprised Nikko Mcbrain wasn't on the list this year or last even with his stroke So I'm saying it's possible Willie Nelson dies in the spring of 25 (march 1 - may 31) but won't be hung

Catherine Tate is 55 as of today! -
I'm fairly sure I went back to early November in the thread (when he died) and didn't see a mention of it. Unless I'm going blind. EDIT I probably wouldn't have considered that thread because of it's ambitious title and TT wouldn't come to mind?
-
Tony Todd, star of movies like night of the living dead and candyman, has given up the ghost! aged 69 I just came across it tbh was actually weeks ago he snuffed it but was unmentioned here and nobody (friends family) bothered to tell me

Eammon Holmes is 65 today -
I understand Steve Tyler, despite lacking a Vocal chord, can still have a few years left, but Glenn Tipton is rigid as F these days. Put him on the list already! Peter Gunn (coronation Street Brian) is not old (only 62) but his appearances have been scarce on the show, so deffo one to keep watching and same goes for Sue Cleaver (Eileen)

Anyone gotten advent calendars? Me and mom got the same baileys ones which have a mini baileys drink on Xmas day
