Not at all, the most pompous overblown version of home communion on the planet in your own private chapel is not the same as attending a real church. Amazes me how this Saxe-Coburg-Gotha Mafia have the cheek to pretend to be at all in touch with the the ordinary folk when they have insane luxuries like this to bubble themselves from everybody else. The fact they opted to have a bespoke private service rather than attending an open worship service a real church or jumping on a virtual service is either a mighty impressive display of selfishness or a mighty impressive reminder that they are stuck up cunts who live in their own world and have access to realities most of us don't.

Stuck up out of touch cunt even gets waited on to the point of getting an entire church to herself. Better the vicar passed the communion bread to her butler to deliver....

Deathlist Dreaming
IdiotsEverywhere replied to harrymcnallysblueandwhitearmy's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
edited - no one needed that insight into my mind. -
Fair enough, the chapel inside the grounds closed. https://www.stgeorges-windsor.org/worship-music/services/ Looks like her local parish church was open though, and it's less than 0.1 miles from her house, apart from being overly cautious or concern about public optics - there's no reason they couldn't have worshipped in person unless the church was fully booked - .http://www.windsorparishchurch.org.uk/

So .. What Do You Watch On TV?
IdiotsEverywhere replied to Banshees Scream's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Christmas TV's been a weird mix hasn't it? Basically nothing worth watching on Christmas Eve. The Wall vs Celebrity's being the utter lowlight - closely followed by All Aboard: The Sleigh Ride - a BBC4 experiment in Slow TV that is utter garbage - a real time sleigh ride journey with no music or commentary. Utterly bafflingly boring -- although it was on from midnight to 2am. Queens Speech - Pile of Pish as always. The Wheel - Mindless trash, but some of the best mindless trash on telly in a good few years, apart from celebs on the contestant wheel and Christmassy theme remained same as rest of series. Enjoyed it for what it was - there's a million things that could have been fixed about it but enjoyable non the less. Blankety Blank - Bradley Walsh seemed not to care all that much for it - a big issue for a host, and was upstaged by Jimmy Carr (who was clearly trying to upstage him, but a competent host should be able to deal with that - seems like Carr could actually work as host for this though if Walsh doesn't want it bizarrely...) Call the Midwife - Blatant filmed in adherence to social distancing guidelines, which in a Christmas special supposedly set decades ago is a bit jarring, but nonetheless heart-warming as always, 90 minutes probably a tad on the long side. Seems to be some slightly better stuff on tomorrow though. -
Churches were open for Christmas Day. could have gone to a local one but didn't. You dingbat
-
I was referring to Christmas morning worship where we normally seeing them both go to church, you utter dingbat.

Seems frailer than normal. Genuinely beginning to wonder if Phil is already dead/seriously ill - this is the second time in less than a month he's missed and engagement we'd traditionally see him at.

The Deathlist Christmas Special!
IdiotsEverywhere replied to Lady Die's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Well that was a shite Christmas if ever there was one. This disease can fuck off. -
Yes there's a committee for this stuff who have likely already drafted the list. Also I prefer attitude and tend not to gloss the pages (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) in sight of my mother... And I have nothing to do with it.

Incredibly late to this but massively so. Hope it's revised dates can go ahead even if behind closed doors. One of the few events that truly brings the world closer together. -
Who Should Make The Deathlist In 2021?
IdiotsEverywhere replied to Joey Russ's topic in DeathList Forum
Never understood why people bother making suggestions this late in the day to be frank. The list has likely already been agreed upon and finalised! Although a question for the committee may well be has the usual pub meet being replaced with a video conference or did you find another way to do -
