Stacy Arthur, January 1991 Playmate, died off radar on 5 April 2019. It was only publicly known when the the second episode of the first season of The Playboy Murders - All That Glitters that aired Jan 30, 2023. At the end of that episode it was announced that Stacy Arthur had died in 2019 after a brief illness. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stacy_Arthur

Not exactly sure if Canada Soccer is saying Jack Steele has dementia.
-
Yes it's him.

That will be the case for most of the Playboy models in the 50s and 60s. Doesn't help that a lot of them actually used a pseudonym during their modeling days then becoming non-existent after retiring. I suspect at least one-third of the 50s model I marked in yellow are dead but we have no idea what their real name was. Playboy at least has a good tracking record for their models from 70s onwards. A few exceptions will be those who decided to live outside USA like Danielle de Vabre.

I thought the players are listed for 60 years old above. I think I remember there was a player who was already diagnosed with early onset dementia in his 40s. I also found one player who does not have a wiki but has a transfermarket profile and is a former U19 Dutch player. He is only 58 years old. I can't find the article or the player's name now.

Too young to be listed for @Octopus of Odstock: Bruce Murray (Wiki) member of the 1990 USA World Cup squad, has mild dementia as of age 57.

Bittersweet moment for Olga Carmona as she was the goalscorer for Spain's Women's World Cup finals. Her father died on the same day they won. https://www.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid032y7NboaeJnn39iZJcefbKWTiNA8CVFaeGxcQVEyyTxexEYsWgYZvmUJPG3YmoThal&id=100044187438640&post_id=100044187438640_pfbid032y7NboaeJnn39iZJcefbKWTiNA8CVFaeGxcQVEyyTxexEYsWgYZvmUJPG3YmoThal&mibextid=aE13LE

Comprehensive list of Brazilian players who suffered from dementia dated 2016. I think only 2 players on the list are still alive: João "Zico" Dias, and Nair Jose da Silva. No wiki page for Zico but has a Zerozero profile. Nair Jose strangely only has Polish wiki page despite never playing in Europe.
