These are both wonderful vantage points which I had failed to contemplate. Good thinking Maryport, good thinking.
-
Yes, yes. This would clearly be a wonderful idea were it not for the increased cost of manufaturing quality towels.
-
That is such a sweet story. May I ask if you sell cockles and muscles? A hearty welcome to this grand forum by the way. I'm sure you will enjoy it immensely, most immensely.

I am near to a loss of words after viewing this.

That was my maid, Marta. You can keep her and do whatever you wish with her, I still have Diego to tend to my needs.

At least I did not use vulgarity to express myself.

Could have fooled me. Speaking of and for yourself are you? Neither I, nor anyone else is forcing your eyes open to read posts from those you so dislike. Are you supposed to be attending anger management courses or has late life impotency afflicted you and this is your way of lashing out? Honestly Star Crossed, between you thinking I am Life Begins at 5 and Tempus Fugit hurling accusations, both in his signature card (nice graphics by the way) and in a P.M. that I am Burno Brimley; I am feeling most unwelcome here. That said, bare in mind I have no intent of leaving or abandoning this wonderful forum so you had best get yourself adjusted to seeing me here. If not, well then, you are free to leave, yes you are. I would much rather that you stay; yet, I would understand if you felt the need to leave, really I would. Now paste a happy faced smile over your frown and enjoy the day which has been bequeathed you.

Boxing as such is a deplorable excuse for a sport. How can one view such dreadful antics as being a sport? Punching and bloodletting do not a sport make, no they do not. Seeing as how this topic is about Mr.LaMotta I can only add that I hope when his time comes it will be swift so this matter can be closed.

This a fabulous idea C.P. You must be commended for this divine suggestion. To respond to your sarcasm, this thread used to be titled "Arthur Bloom" before some kindly mod took up my suggestion and changed it into a 60 Minutes thread. There is no reason to take that tone with me young man. I merely applauded you for an idea and right off you decided to launch into an attack. Between you and your possible cohort Tempus Fugit, I am being soundly throttled and thrashed, and I must say I do not like it one bit, not one bit.
-
No, I most certainly do not! Mr.Fugit is apparently stalking me and accusing me of all sorts of treacherous and even treasonous acts. I demand that he either make an immediate apology or provide his supposedly irrefutable proof that I am several other persons.

The news media here ran an absolutely ghastly photograph of Lee Jong-Wook. I do not believe his family had given approval of it, no, I most certainly do not.

Birthdays, Births, Anniversaries Etc...2006

Happy Birthday Uabsweetie01! Let us hope that as if it were a magical elixir, this greeting shall lure back the aforementioned person and bring them cause to enter into posting nirvana. -
Will this be a discussion of European styled football or Americanized?
-
No, but obviously you are. In fact, I had to check my dictionary to find out what a 'slate' roof is, and I still don't have a clue. Probably nothing that google can't solve (should I bother). Do you not have a subscription to Slate Roof Quarterly? A google search can help or visit them directly at Slate Roof

As I have already indicated in a few locales, most recently as a response to Tempus Fugit in the Saddam Hussein topic, I selected my name, Bennett Cerf, as a tribute to the memory of my late and most beloved Uncle. He simply adored watching What's My Line? while sipping brandy from his favorite snifter and eating a half dozen or so assorted chocolates with fillings.
-
Was that barb directed towards me? Here I was beginning to believe we were getting along and then this. Makes me sad it does, makes me quite sad.
-
A noble cause would be making a contribute to me for the upkeep of this 42 room sieve. Are you familiar with the cost of redoing a slate roof?
-
Coors Light? Such a dreadful beer, why would one subject themself to something as tasteless and bland as that?
-
In response to your lovely query Tempus Fugit, I am Bennett Cerf. Well, clearly I am not truly he, however I have selected his name as tribute to my beloved Uncle. You see, Uncle loved watching What's My Line? a supremely popular television program which ran for several years until it was eventually cancelled due to an oversight by some young sex crazed executive who did not see the full value of a program such as this one was wherein panelists guessed occupations of visitors. As I indicated, Uncle enjoyed this program along with a snifter of brandy and a few chocolates in the evening, so, in end, I am honoring his memory.

This is wonderful, absolutely wonderful news! I must secure a copy of Devils Dance. Would you happen to know if they will allow him out briefly for a promotional tour?
-
I can nearly guarentee the book would be a best seller. Does anyone know of his agen'ts locale so we can contact him directly? A simply superb idea Maryport, simply superb!
-
Really? Since he had no respect for his education why would anybody have thought to presume he would have had respect for life or this lovely forum. A true gentleman would have aged properly so we could have opportuned and capitalized upon his expected ending at an elderly age.

Bravehart was a very poorly produced film. I left the theater feeling as though I had been cheated of my money. If I hadn't managed to sneak in after seeing the film in the next section over I would surely have demanded a full financial refund.
