He turns 99 next year and has been on every list since 2018, it's safe to say he's going to be on until he dies. As far as I can tell, the only other recent recurring DL pick who was cut at such an advanced age was Herman Wouk who missed 2013 and 2014.

I've mentioned him a few times, but Peter Angelos is certainly in immortal territory by now. He's been incapacitated since a collapse in 2017 triggered by severe heart failure, and has long suffered from advanced dementia. 94 next month and hasn't been seen in ages. How the fuck he is still alive is an extreme mystery.
