I watched some more of this (not finished yet), and the other Massachusetts settings at least look like Boston (well I recognized the state house; I think the museum is a fabrication but that's okay), Cumberland Farms (the gas station they stop at) and Lincoln (where the doom prepper and his boyfriend live).
