    Ideas and possibilities for 2025

I was one of the babies at Camp Lejeune; Tuberville and Cruz were trying to get us removed from the Pact Act saying we were looking for free handouts. Also said prostate cancer shouldn't be covered in it when it's been known to be caused by Agent Orange. I was glad that Biden held his ground on wanting to sign it with us all included, but I don't know really the effects of the Pact Act yet.

yikes, I'm a Camp Lejeune victim too. This made me feel sick.
  3. My suggestion is take a vote whether people want them separated or not. I used that example as one song regularly appears on "greatest songs of all time" list and the other is never mentioned, so clearly the two tracks are regularly evaluated separately.
  4. It was, but it was released in the 60s, and there was a debate in that Kill or Save thread whether the songs should be separated out, and a lot of people expressed that it should but we couldn't do it as the round had already started. Edit: Starts here where people are crossing out Rock a Hula Baby when voting, including you saying Can't Help Falling in Love won't get votes due to the absymal track attached:
  5. They weren't played together on the radio though. It's all just the record label trying out new business ideas with the advent of the singles charts. We don't have proof that people wore out both sides of the record of Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling in Love" and "Rock a Hula Baby" equally. There are some very rare instances where the B side will win out, but usually it's some vestigial twin to the A side and not deserving to be on the list at all because no one listened to it. (However, not advocating to remove them from the list entirely).
  6. For the 50s, if there are any double songs, can we have them split before the round starts?

O.J. Simpson: Run Out Of Juice?

If I Did It was a project funded by Rupert Murdoch; he is known for trying to manipulate the public. The notion that his son did it and not him, or something related to the drug deals going on at Goldman's restaurant for which another coworker was murdered around the same time... okay, I'll entertain those theories. But OJ Simpson's violence isn't to be excused.

  11. I get your sentiment. The lists going into the 00s are mostly payola tracks. Or from previous decades. I read an article recently how the Billboard charts refuse to count music selling in independent record stores and only consider retailers of the Walmart vein. It's skewing charts heavily to favor music that Walmart would approve of, politically and socially. It would not be possible for Nirvana or NWA to break in the charts, like when the technology Soundscan debuted.

We know all of that though? We know that Biden is delivering the eulogy as well. Americans will get breaking news texts, and we'll flood in here and make loading the site hell, so you'll notice if it's for real.

    Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Hurricanes, Mudslides

I didn't feel it in Boston but other people I know did. It is unusual here. I lived in California and Washington state, and went through 6.8 and 7.2 earthquakes respectively there that I did feel.
