I"m so happy Jimmy has made this incredible milestone!! I don't think anyone has deserved this milestone more than he has!!!

4 more days to go until his birthday!! I'm optimistic he will make it!!

I keep wondering if we might see Jimmy during the Plains Peanut Festival Parade on September 28th. I remember he and Rosalynn were a part of the parade for the last two years by sitting in a car. I don't know if Jimmy would be in good enough of condition to even do that this year, but I've kind of figured they won't let him make any public appearances until at least then, which would give people as little time as possible to wonder if he can make it to his 100th birthday.

If Jimmy Carter dies on the 30th, I'm never doing deathpooling again.

At this point with Barker and Kissinger gone, I wouldn't be surprised if Dick is going to stay at the number one spot until he goes. The only exception I can think of is if Jimmy Carter doesn't pass away in December.

I always thought it was going to be the ultimate showdown between Kissinger and Greenspan.

I think if Barker and Kissinger make it into 2023, it should be Barker at 1 and Kissinger at 2. They will both turn 100 if they make it to their birthdays in 2023, but we still see Kissinger within every 2-3 months, whereas I don't remember seeing anything of Barker since the end of 2019. I'm predicting between Kissinger, Barker, Carter, Bennett, and Belafonte, we might lose at least two of those guys by Christmas.
