Rainer Ulrich was a German footballer who died at the age of 73 in 9/1, he played his whole career at Karlsruher and was coach of the team in 98/99, being the most recent coach to die, those from 99 to now are alive, he was the predecessor of Joachim Löw (former coach of the German national team) in the team.
