The case marks the first time the justice department has charged the child of a sitting president.

Has the justice department ever charged the child of a former president ?

    Hmm.

Honest people who are economically right-wing for non-nefarious reasons who haven’t been taken in by a cult, would criticise him. Just as “decent Tories” would fucking despise the last 13 years of government in the UK.

Ok, Trump is very obnoxious and rude when he speaks and in his behavior. But I think a lot of people were exaggerating when they say he was insane or mentally impaired. As you are when you’re using the terms ‘nefarious’ and ‘taken in by a cult’.

American politics are so weird sometimes. I didn't hear any right wingers call Trump mentally impaired when he said and did any of his weird shit

Well of course right wingers wouldn’t criticize Trump. But left wingers did said he was mentally impaired or crazy, some even wanted his impeachment or removal for mental health reasons !

  6. Former Spanish football player Emilio Butragueño is 60 today. With Real Madrid he scored 171 goals and was the Pichichi in 1991. He won the UEFA Cup in 1985 and 1986 thus being one of the first players to retain the title in that competition. Only Sevilla FC players have achieved that feat since then.

With Spain he was an unused substitute at Euro 1984 (his first cap was a few months after) and played the 1986 and 1990 World Cups. On 19 December 1990 he broke Alfredo Di Stefano’s record to become Spain top goalscorer. However his record was broken in 2001 by Fernando Hierro and then by 5 others players.

What about Scherer’s teamate Vaclav Mašek ? He is not on this list but Wikipedia still list him as alive. I couldn’t find pages saying that he’s dead.

I’m not enamoured by the ubiquity of ‘super’ as an adverb, especially beloved of continental European sportspeople.

    Stop it. It’s super annoying.

I agree. It’s the same thing in French, ‘super’ is often used as an adverb too, et c’est super pénible !

Benjamin Netanyahu was rushed to hospital earlier today, some reports say that he had lost his conciousness.

Hopefully, it’s due to the heat and it isn’t serious.
