I found an obituary for an Robert Bruce Dickson who died on 1st December at 92, and who has the exact same name and birthday than Bruce Dickson, an Canadian ice hockey player from the 1952 Games.
Granted, he died in Colorado, not Canada, and there is no mention of his Olympic background.
What do you think ?

Actually his last cap was a friendly game against Chile in France just before the start of the WC.

You don’t find it odd a military obit doesn’t mention he was an Olympian? You don’t find it odd that his Wiki page doesn’t mention he was in the military? I think you’ve more work to do.Well, this isn’t my work.
I saw the info yesterday on Oldest Olympian facebook. They do say "he later served in the US Air Force" and they provide a link to back that up.

It’s the same birthday. The source was provided by Oldest Olympian so I consider it serious.

He "only" needs even more caregivers than the last time he went, and also an entire entourage to assist him. Oh and that's not all, his family are requesting a special wheelchair so that Ike can take a dip in the Pacific ocean (because apparently that is what he wants to do).
He is asking for fund to go to Hawaii.
