Not only the greatest German player of all time but arguably also the greatest European player of all time. By changing how the sweeper/central defender role is played he completely revolutionized the game, which is something only a very, very small group of players can say. The fact that some people on this forum have never heard of him but probably have heard of Harry Maguire and John Stones makes me sad. RIP.

Am old enough to have watched some of his career and sure he was a good defender but not a patch on players like Maldini, Baresi, Van Dijk, etc he was good but think he is being overhyped a bit

    You’re a special, eh?

The most powerful man in the world should know everything about everyone he employs, especially their health, either directly or through CIA

Whilst I agree Biden is probably not suitable for a second term, this is not his fault. Biden was kept in the dark, just like the public. It is Austin and his team who's fault it is.

While Biden can;t be expected to micro manage every member of staff and their private lives he should be employing people who know everything about everyone, Tony Blair was legendary for knowing every intimate detail about everyone he employed, he kept a black book of every Labour MP’s tax dodging, sexual affairs, expenses fiddling etc that he knew when to use when the time was right, Biden should have hired dark arts employees to prevent such a situation

I rather have the people around Biden run the country than Trumps people. It’d be fucking chaos again but worse.

I am not here to cheerlead for Trump, imho he is an f*8***g idiot, no time for him at all even if I would be a republican if I was USA based but 4 more years of Biden is terrifying, he doesn’t seem to know if it is day or night yet is in charge of the nuclear briefcase

Riddled with dementia defo, would anyone think Prunella Scales or Nigel Starmer-Smith should be Uk PM?

Joe Biden was no one’s Secretary of anything. Please take the time you are using to comment here to educate yourself.

Vice President, not secretary of state, been a long day at work, but I had no health concerns when he was VP, his speeches he gave he sounded competent enough

You’ll have to point out which coherent sentence that might be then because if that’s so you’ve made a hell of a discovery.

Love Trump or hate him he is a great orator and very passionate, and doesn’t get confused mid sentence, I would rather De Santis was the nominee not Trump but I have no doubt Trump would live through a second term (bar assassination), I can’t say same about Biden

He shows all the signs to me of someone with early to mid stage dementia, not fit to have another term

Said as if Trump himself isn’t a heart attack on snooze. Fucking state of him.

Honestly, it’s hilarious that it even needs pointing out, but both parties could do with taking a step back and maybe deciding on a candidate that isn’t a sneaky “Boo!” away from death. Candidates that aren’t a fetid sausage skin stuffed with resentment and cholesterol *looks at Repubs* or hoover bag dust *looks at Dems*.

I think Trump will last another 10 years

Loves his burgers and his coke but he is teetotal and has never smoked, plus can string together a coherent sentence, plus can play 18 holes of golf, I played 18 holes of golf in July and was exhausted

He might end up having a heart attack or stroke after a fit of anger but he is light years ahead of Biden mentally and physically

i think biden is still sharp, hes just not a good public speaker

Disagree, when he was secretary of state under Obama he was very alert and lucid, not a Boris Johnson level orator but certainly competent, now he appears doddery and confused, not long ago he was at an event and asked a woman to come on stage and join him, she died months previously in a car crash, either he is riddled with dementia or badly briefed

I am right of centre politically, so loyalties lie with GOP but I don’t want Trump as president any more than I do Biden, choosing between them is like choosing whether to die of ebola or being eaten by a shark, neither fit for office

  11. Trump will win and win easily if Biden is on the ballot, Biden will be 82 come inauguration, 86 if he lives a full term, even now the guy can’t string a coherent sentence together, only chance of keeping out Trump is someone like Newsom who has his faculties

Joe Biden is unelectable on health grounds

  12. If he had never married one of the most famous women in the country he might have got a brief mention on P26 of the Guardian, certainly no leading headlines/newsflash

He is only famous for being married to Kate, his lobbying scandal was nearly 3 decades ago

He is the equivalent of say Coleen Rooney, famous for having a famous other half

Whose major celebrity had the longest wait for the announcement of his/her death ?
(Wonder if my sentence is grammaticaly ok in english tbh?)

Probably Rolf Harris, there was a couple of weeks after that private ambulance being spotted and his death announced, even had his funeral before the announcement

Draper is already dead garraway is just waiting tge right time yo announce his death

Not a chance, she loves the limelight and being in the headlines, he dies she will announce it that minute to milk the sympathy for all its worth

  15. I can see him lasting into 2025, having suffered a severe bout of covid, multiple organ failure, and now a heart attack it shows he has a lot of inbuilt determination to survive, the fact that he is still alive is a miracle
