    Ideas And Possibilities For 2009

Yes. I am quite sure I have posted it here a vast number of times, but Lord Carrington lives, retired, a little frail, but in decent health, a very short distance from myself. He's even in the phonebook if you want to ask him yourself - although it's no secret where he lives He continues to attend local events - the most recent was just last week - May 31st. Occasionally he writes an irate letter to The Bucks Herald. I have no intention on putting him on any DP list as, unlike Francis Pym, who I knew was seriously ill 5 or 6 years ago, old Carrers seems to be doing decently for his age.*** **Which means he is doomed knowing my previous form.... Thanks OOO. Did try a search for "Carrington" from the main page (with no results) but I guess there must be better ways of doing this. If you use 'more search options' you should get these results http://www.deathlist.net/forums/index.php?...lord+carrington, mentioned in 10 different threads so far . Thanks LG. You forgot to add "you moron." at the end of your post.

    Peter Shilton

I'm 99% certain I was also on the Committee for that list and I can quite categorically state that... ...I haven't the foggiest idea why Shilts was selected. Rationality was rarely on the menu back then. However, I can certainly remember singing "Shilton's got yer missus" (to the conga tune) at a football match. That's just something you never forget. It was at an Oxford v Southampton match that I had the joy of singing "Shilton's got your missus" to the replacement Southampton goal keeper. Joy. PS he still holds the record (jointly) for most World Cup clean sheets (without his or anyone elses missus!)
