According to some sources it's Feb 2nd, Wiki also doesn't seem definite on this crucial matter.

Well, we still haven't won yet, but that's a great boon to our side. If it does stay as its own article, I think we should all chip in and improve it... it looks a bit sad at the moment. Add the Deathlist logo maybe. Is it copyrighted I wonder.

So talented that he only got a Wiki article after he'd died. Unknown in life, Wikified in death.
-
Hardly Controversial, they've all been suggested before, with the possible exception of 'Big' Ron, who is unlikely to drop dead in '07. Of your little list, I'd say Hawking would be the best bet.
-
Richard Widmark, an excellent possible choice for '07 So popular he has another thread here, http://www.deathlist.net/forums/index.php?...richard+widmark Could they please be merged. [merged HCW]
-
There is an existing Jack Palance thread here, http://www.deathlist.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=510 Can they please be merged. [sorted HCW]

Chile today is head and shoulders above the other South American countries. His policies proved to be extra successful in the long run. Today only 9% if Chile´s economy is state owned. Under Alende most of it was. Thank you General Pinochet for what you did . The risk of investment in Chile Today is only 60 points (=The LOWEST in the region). It all started in 1974 when he set regulations for foreign investments in his country. This example was followed by The UK in the eighties(=Maggie´s years) LONG LIVE PINOCHET!!! HISTORY WILL ABSOLVE YOU!!! I don't think even Maggie went as far as having Death Squads, holding her opponents in football stadia, while they waited for interrogation, and possible execution. She was a big softie really.

So did I Neither of you did. Tony Hawk is a skateboarder. Tony Hawks is a comedian. Tony Hawk .............. Tony Hawks, quite similar looking really.

Sounds like an excellent idea, it would also be a good way for the Entertainment Artistes Benevolent Fund to raise cash to keep Brinsworth going. When you look at some of the dreary fly on the wall documetaries there are, Brinsworth would be a regular fun fest in comparison. Maybe someone should email Ray Donn with the sugestion, I'm sure he must know plenty of TV producers he can pitch it to.

Birthdays, Births, Anniversaries Etc...2006
Tempus Fugit replied to Tuber Mirum's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Yes indeed, a very happy birthday to you Yeti. Why it doesn't appear in the members birthday box, but does appear in the forthcoming events box, is a mystery. Surely it has arrived and is no longer forthcoming. -
No coffee, no alcohol.... I think maybe you should consider ending this self imposed prohibition.

The whole trial is ridiculous as it would not fit the requirements that would make it a "fair trial" in the Western world. I am not for one minute saying Saddam Hussein is innocent, but the trial really is a sham. Consider this...recently a libel trial involving News International was moved from Liverpool because it was decided NI wouldn't get a fair trial due to the memories of how the Sun covered the Hillsborough tragedy. But nobody moans when Saddam's first judge was a Kurd - bad enough - and then his second judge is a Kurd from Halabja - the town Saddam is accused of ordering the gassing of. The judge is more likely than not to know people who were gassed, or relatives, etc. But, then again, it is one of those cases when it is very hard to maintain impartiality. Perhaps we should do what we did to Napoleon - stick Saddam on an island and wait for him to die... No, no. no, he's on my DDP team, he must die this year. Why even pretend to have a fair trial, just get on and find him guilty, take the scumbag outside and shoot him. The longer this farce of a trial goes on the more Saddam is enjoying it, there should have been a maximum 6 month limit set on the trials length, how long do you need to find a monster like him guilty. Why should he have any semblance of a fair trial, he never even gave his opponents trials, just torture and death. If the Iraqi government doesn't want to do the job, then they should release Saddam in Basra city centre and let the people pass their own swift justice.

the same would be true if one decided to invade France It would certainly have to stop for lunch, at least. You've just said exactly what I was thinking Capt. The French have their priorities right, war is one thing, but lunch is a serious business. Also if the Brits were involved, they'd need to be numerous tea breaks.

If You Could Only Pick One Celebrity..............
Tempus Fugit replied to wendylaDIE's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/4558403 She does look like a corpse with make-up on. I can't imagine the Pearly Gates being opened for her. -
Wow... that was dumb of them to leak the information about where he'll end up. Every terrorist this side of Basra will be after him now. The MOD have said the story is complete speculation, as no Iraq deployments have been set beyond May 1st. It really would be very, very bad news for the government if Harry was posted to Iraq and he was killed or badly injured.

I already have mine. Weatherboy - how can you drive a car if you're 15? Do Mum and/or Dad have to chaperone? "Your" Celebrity Dead Pool? But overall, not a bad effort. Props. Word. Cowboy Ronnie, Weatherman90's juvenile driving record has been extensively debated on this thread, http://www.deathlist.net/forums/index.php?...indpost&p=33098 Oh god, the 2,000th post, will anything unpleasant occur... No thank goodness, just a REALLY.

I don't think it's anything to be proud of, indeed the DeathList entry could well be deleted as unsuitable. I disagree with you on Wiki though, I always find it informative, and I like the democratic nature of the way it's compiled.

Hampstead Heath, Old Compton Street and Clapham Common should cover most bases. Or the Admiral Duncan, if you're of a nautical bent.

I agree this Dicky thread is superflous it should be deleted. Its primary purpose is now defunct, banish it to oblivion.

I assume that was you wendylaDIE in the RDP with the Wasserstein hit, if so congrats. I agree with the choice of Sharon, even the Israeli doctors will have to accept that he's brain dead. Surely they can't keep him in that state for too long, let the poor man die. -
The Shops and pubs of Cropredy love the Fairport weekend, that's for sure.(The Red Lion does a roaring trade) I just hope they have good weather for it. The free tickets for the locals helps of course.
