Steady on BB. I like to read fiction.

Dutch NELSON Project.

I've already got one thanks. If you have one too, I suspect it wouldn't be teaching A Level English.

Surely that's deliberate? Let's have one specifically to have a go at me in real time. I won't see you there. Well honez you really shoulden't take it to heart. I find it hard to understand why others can't take simple critizism mainly because it is true. Why is it so hard to understand? If i were to say to an attractive women that her lipstick was way overdone why can't she agree and say maybe i should have put a bit less? instead it will probobly start some sort of arugument that throws negative comments towards myself. Allright Allright i called you a "Grammer Queen" how about "Grammer King" to you is that a bit more grand.. Or is royalty in the name of you being a grammer perfectionist an insult? if you noted the smilie my post should have read like it was being cheeky. So, no offence taken. But you are correct about royalty. Perhaps The Grand President of Grammar would have been more suitable.

I laughed, scant consolation it may be. Where is Honez when you need him? Damn, and here was me thinking this thread would be about Canadians I've never heard of. Anyway, in reply to Hein, you leave our Kylie alone. What's the singing budgie done to deserve that high level of scorn? Sure, she can't act, can't sing and is probably a multi-millionaire on the back of it, but by Jove, she wears a mean pair of shorts. And that's good enough for me.

No, it means you're married.

I'e gotta fess up to that fautus. It was a bit of a knee-jerk reaction, seeing how many new topics we've been getting that are un-DL-related recently. I didn't really think Live 8 had an awful lot to do with DL, but it seems, from another Live 8 thread being added, a fair proportion of members disagree with me. Sorry about the confusion.

I can back DWB up on this one. To "cark it" is definitely an Australian colloquialism for kicking the bucket.

Nice arse, pet? Erect a penis? Is neat creep? Entices rape? Pirate scene? Exactly what kind of message are you trying to give us? That you're some kind of deviant?

I hope the errors in your post and non-capitalised "e" in "english" in the title of the post were all intentional, yet subtle digs at the lacklustre standards to which we have become accustomed in online forums. I frequent a few forums dedicated to writing in addition to this one. Unfortunately the spelling, punctuation and grammar is no better in those. I just hope that the awful mish-mash of English that predominates the 'Net, does not become the defacto standard in coming years. Such is the fate of an evolving language like English.

I suspect you're thinking of a Transylvanian. If it was a Pakistani, they'd have to rename the show to Raj-down. Boom Tisch. I thank you

Hopefully, not one of the chutney variety.

Have any actually tried 'legal action'? Let me consult my detailed legal notes. I can't answer that for so many reasons. (None of which are anything to do with lawyers.)
-
Oh, how unoriginal. Many have threatened, few have tried, none have succeeded. Can't you spice it up a little with the promise of some illegal action we could look forward to instead? (And don't shout next time.) You forgot to mention the grammar mistake. Sorry IYG, to which mistake were you refering? In Guest's or your post? Never mind...

I've brushed up the spelling. Does anyone want to have a go at the grammar? I'm not very confident with that. It'd be way to predictable for me to do it, so I won't. How about you have a go lospalmas7? After all, we're all way too serious here and need a good laugh.

Okay first one deleted...

I think you'll find quite a few Welsh, Scottish and Northern Irish will disagree with you about counting the Falklands war as a win for "England."

How could we forget his dashing game of bowls before the Spanish Armada came a'visitin'?

What's a labotomy? Is that where they saw your labrador in two? Or are you in fact female?
-
Neither have you apparently. I don't think iot will eb me on htat deathlist. I'm not famous, ill or old enough. You on the other hand, appear to have some sort of motor skills problem, so it may eb you htat deathlist before long. Just remember to become a celebrity for something better than being related to Drake, C. Now now honez let's not pick on the disabilitys of others. Unless there famous.. or disabilities unless they're famous even?

I do. Especially in this, specifically created thread. It's such fun to read what gems they come out with. I'm just disappointed that more of them don't drop in and tell us what they think of the site.
