Thread title altered slightlyMay I suggest ...Films/Movies - or at least ...Movies/Films
I did change it to Movies/Films, but for some reason it wouldn't allow the capital F in films, if thats what you meant.

What are the chances of Gaddafi being the next domino to fall, do we reckon?I can't see that happening.

I've never seen any of the Matrix films either, even though they are all on ITV 2, 3 or 4 every so often.

As we have a thread for 'seen any good movies' Thought I'd start up a thread about 'good' movies you've never seen, or wished you had the time or made the effort to go and see.
I have never seen Bambi. I've been told it's a good movie (in a cartoonish sort of way, I suppose). No doubt more alleged good movies to follow.

Sir Christopher Lee's appearance to accept the Bafta fellowship tonight must surely be enough to get him on next year's list if he makes it to 2012. Unless he was acting, of course.Yes indeed he didn't look well at all
He didn't look unwell, he just looked old.

He wasn't looking too well at the BAFTAs tonight. He was awarded the BAFTA Fellowship. He certainly was showing his age. Next year maybe?

Best finish was in 2004-2005 season finishing 13th out of 15. Lousiest season was 2008 - 2009 finishing bottom having managed to achieve one single point by drawing 1-1 with Wick Academy on the 13th September 2008.
Yes, I do have a lot of time on my hands today.

Here's a handy plane crash thread that I'm sure can be adapted (and renamed?) for multi-purpose travel disaster use.Merged

Thank f**k for that, this thread was in danger of death by apathy. Before I posted this reply, I thought it had as the last reply belonged to honez on 16/10/09.

What a waste of a thread. That's what I really wanted to say but thought I'd be subtle for a change.

Just remembered after watching film 11 that I saw the movie 'Buried' on my flight when I went on holiday recently. A bit slow to start, but a cruel twist at the end.

Me too. Deleted its arse. Spamming bastards

She may have been mentioned previously but is well worth keeping an eye on, turns 59 this year has had lengthy battles with alcoholism and drug addiction, not to mention a battle with cancerI'm certain there is a thread for Sylvia. Can't be arsed looking for it though. Maybe later.

Got another Zsa Zsa one - "Goodnight Dahlings"She's such an inspiration to me
You could also go with, "One foot in the grave"...I'm assuming the detached one is on ebay.
They already used that one for Michael Foot unfortunately

Queensland's beautiful weather's about to serve up another treat in the form of Cyclone Yasi (that's a hurricane to you northern types). Windspeed was last measured on Willis Island at 295 km/h (180mph-ish) before the measurement equipment failed.Apparently this category 5 cyclone is the biggest and most powerful ever recorded to hit the Aussie coast.
Batten down the hatches, the next day or so is gonna be interesting.
The Bureau of Meteorology has warned the storm is "likely to be more life threatening than any experienced during recent generations" and predicts winds of up to 320km/h and 6.5-7m tidal storm surges above the usual tidal high water line.I assume your one of the many that have decided to leave and seek out higher (and safer) ground

Back to the hospital via ambulance.Zsa Zsa Gabor started spitting up blood moments ago ... and she's being rushed by ambulance to a local hospital ... TMZ has learned.
Gabor's husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt tells TMZ ... Zsa Zsa is on her way to UCLA Medical Center.
Anhalt says there was "lots of blood coming out of her mouth" and he's worried.
I hope for her that she dies. I mean she can´t be glad to be alive when she is living with all this pain and going through all these operations.
From the sounds of things I don't think she has any idea what is going on, no bad thing probably
UPDATE: The Prince tells us Zsa Zsa's temperature is up and her leg is infected again. There is also blood and water in her lungs. The Prince also tells us she has an infection in her lungs as well.
