As far as the question of "Cause of Death", everywhere I read said natural causes.Maybe it was natural old age
-
Had a quick look through your links ff. Interesting. Yours to GR.

Point taken, How about starting up a near miss thread for 2005?

How dare you compare her to the wicked witch of the west..... what do you have against the wicked witch?

Death Watch Beatle Posted on Dec 1 2004, 07:28 PMAs reported by Horsemen the Darts Tosser (thanks Ronnie for that spot-on description) is joining the Celebrity Fit Club, but the writing is on the wall.
Just saw him on the telly advert for CFC. jeeezzo, is this guy big or is this guy big?

Is she only on the list because of age? Personally, I've never heard of her. What is her claim to fame? Apart from being a nun(?) and old. Wikipedia came up with nothing, the dont have a page for her.

Bit early for this, is it not?
-
Ok OK I stand corrected, there ARE some famous Aussies out there
-
Note for Honez (and any others from down-under): Sorry about the lack of representatives again this year! Are there any famous Aussies? Except for the cast of neighbours and Prisoner Cell Block H?

QUOTE (heaven can wait @ Dec 22 2004, 08:47 PM)QUOTE
I read in last weeks paper that he was already dead !!!!! does anyone know the truth?
Dead or Alive?
(offending article was in the daily mail page 49 14th December edition) On closer examination, it would appear that it was one of their readers mentioned the Late Cyril Fletcher of odd ode fame ...etc etc...
Daily mail reader..... enough said
That's Death!
They were merely a little ahead of schedule. I don't remember him from "That's Life", but he's gone today - a sad early miss for DL2005, I think.

Thats life...... or in this case, not

A newspaper report suggested the ex-Tottenham and Newcastle star was "gravely ill" and was also being treated for a possible collapsed lung. But his agent Alex Armitage has told BBC Five Live this is not the case.
Did'nt Jonny Ramone's agent say the same thing ( or similar thing)?

Thanks for that info eejit

Would be a real shame not to have her as a DL success though - This time last year Patrick Moore appeared to be a bad omission - buts he made it to 2005 - so lets hope Thatch takes a leaf out of his bookLets hope she doesn't

Cyril Fletcher of the wicker chair and the palm tree on That's Life in the 70's and 80's.He will be 92 next year and could reasonably be expected not to be able to keep up his unctuous double-entendres for much longer.
