My late father may have had an inkling - cannot say that I ever checked it out with him. I am sorry if I hurt your feelings by saying that you are a simpleton. Especially as every word you utter implies otherwise.
-
Ermmmm. OK then. Can you give me your black father's contact details and I'll tell him right away. Should I tell him that you are also a simpleton . .....or do you think he will have worked this out for himself

Impartial juries........... perish the thought.

Ye gads, I'm glad I didn't pick him for my DDP! Hopefully this dispells the "old people are old therefore they will die" attitude of some people... I may be stating the obvious but "old people will die because they are old"??? Surely everyone will die at some point, and basic statistics show that older people are more likely to die at any given time than young people, all else being equal. Actually only 80% of people who have ever lived have died. So statistically its by no means certain that all people will die.

I suppose that one could argue that Tessa Wyatt is the culmination of a process that started with a few amino acids in a brackish pool. But for ideographic dialectics to emerge from a discussion about Charlie Drake and his Brinsworth ilk requires a new understanding of evolution. I will pause to reflect........

He must be exterminated with extreme prejudice.

He may very well go on to the DL. But first we have an awful lot of intelligence to gather. So far I believe that this thread has made a good start.

Your Least Impressive Celebrity Encounters
The Pooka replied to Phantom's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Well you've certainly lived the dream, handrejka. -
Robbie Williams!! That 'boring Mr Clean' had to dry out at Clouds House some years ago. So whatever sets him aside from your heroes of rock its not the drugs and booze.
-
Yet, unfortunately, prone to the odd offence in a public lavatory. Hence the end of his career in the Uk . Now in Australia - yet some way from the Deathlist, I fancy.
-
You'd think he'd just sign it himself. Who'd know? Not Estelle for one.
-
Bless you Queenie. That's the picture that was removed from the agent's site. Is it my imagination or are her eyes slightly squiffy? Nevertheless, not bad at 57. Not one for DL till at least 2034.

Didn't we have someone policing the gates at one time. We need an insider. I have a couple of qualifications that might get me a carte de visite. But they carry with them some pesky code of confidentiality.
-
i love estell getty she reminds me of my mother who passed away in 2000 i would like to wish estell all the best you are in my thoughts and prayers : By 'you' do you mean those of us who subscribe to the Deathlist. If so thank you very much. If you mean Estelle, herself, the correct form would have been to use the pronoun 'she'. I'm sorry to be pedantic but this was a prayer and I know GOD to be a stickler where grammar and syntax are concerned.

The Pooka believes that the divine Tessa was one in a long succession of conquests; a trail of fornication that, perhaps, has led the great 70s comic to Brinsworth House.
-
I believe that he once had a relationship with a woman called Tessa Wyatt. It was alleged at the time, by reliable sources, that he gave her a good seeing to. Many of you will be aware that this is a matter that I have been researching for some time. A contemporary picture of the aforementioned woman will help my studies no end.

Excusez-moi, mais les mots corrects sont "L'Homme au Sujet de la Maison" i think not...... .....'au sujet de' means 'about' in the sense of 'on the subject of'. Whereas in Robin's case he was about in a geographical sense. Should it be 'au tour de'?? Hopefully a fluent francophone will put us right. He or she could also tell us what the French would be for 'about' as in 'Dickie put it about.'

On the other hand, vacuous shallowness is neither obligatory nor desirable. Just 4 of Notapotato's postings from the last week. Vacuous? Shallow? Surely not. 'I've just been up Arthur's seat' 'I have just eaten fried pizza' 'It was ZaZA ' (name of the cat in Hector's House) 'I just got a Mr Benn video' Well it ain't Samuel Becket.
-
Yep. I'm not normally one for people power but this is an exception. So... What was the best part of the Dicky O thread? For me it had to be Pooka's bordering on the pathological obsession with Tessa Wyatt... ah, heady days. Pathological obsession? Those were Tessa's last words to me. As in, 'Hey you in the bushes - you have a pathological obsession' I believe that she moved house shortly thereafter.
-
Is that you, Wittgenstein? Probably not.

Hugh Lloyd still alive!! A career in comedy and not funny - he has to be admired.

Does that mean trivia and an average of 30+ posts a day are now OK? Surely this is all trivia; froth; banter. There are no corners of the site where profundity is the natural order. We vultures must be sustained conversationally as we wait for someone to die. Now has anyone found that image of Tessa at age 57; is Charlie Drake compos mentos; and who are the Brinsworth 36?
-
Wonderful news - a tribute to those pioneers of the late 80s........ and what a filip to Richard O'Sullivan's career.
-
Oh no... Pooka's gonna be trawling e-bay like a tramp after spare change trying to hunt these pictures down... I've a feeling his life may never be the same again once he learns of their existence. If this photo shoot did take place, then Pooka might have found his life's Holy Grail.... The Pooka has done all he can. I believe that Tessa has removed her picture from the agent's site. As for Tessa and Dickie posing for a porn site........ I fear that this may be as mythical as Atlantis, the Bermuda Triangle and the G spot rolled into one.

Dickie script (plus ded ned) Its gone for £46.55!! Purchased by 'comedy-king' who has gone private. Wonder if 'comedy king' is the nom de plume of a certain Brinsworth resident.
