Queen Dowager Sirikit of Thailand. 85 years old, husband died last year and is very ill herself. Had a stroke in 2012 and was most recently hospitalized in late 2016.

Shouldn't she be crossed off on the 2014 list by now and a nice little obituary should be there as well.

I suggest the King of Thailand, he's been having so many operations and sicknesses lately. Plus the fallout between the crown prince and his in-laws and the military coup will surely take a bigger toll on his frail health.

I suggest Takahito, Prince Mikasa because he is nearly a century old and recently outlived his third son, it should take a toll on his health. His wife too.
