Ah, thanks, yes, I am confused, but I think the one who died was picked in the DDP, judging from the DDP description. It's the monk, not the filmmaker (they're all freedom fighters and all were or are imprisoned). However the DDP birth year ("Born 1961") might be wrong and belonging to the filmmaker, not the monk.

And then of course, national treasure Bernard Cribbins and international treasure Nichelle Nichols. Carl Kabat has to wait for an obit. I think The New York Times seems like a reasonable bet. Even more hits: Bill Russell was a unique pick for GuyFromFuture. I don't know... seems like half the picks lately are unique picks by either GuyFromFuture or The Daredevil...
