According to the News of the World, LIBERTY X 'star' Michelle Heaton is suffering a serious heart condition that has left her so terrified she'll die she has planned her own funeral. http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/liberty_1504.shtml

Might be jumping the gun again, but Florida Radio Station KISS FM is reporting the death of Patrick Swayze http://www.holymoly.com/news/reports-sugge...ancer13303.html No-one puts Swayze in the coroners etc...

I found this little fellow in my Kinder egg: I initially thought it was the Great Cthulhu. But on further examination, I think it is just a squid.

Congratulations on your 7th hit on your DDP team, DDT. Er, thanks guest. Here's a BBC obit for the late Mr Kristal. What a shame. He was so good in City Slickers, too.

Terribly sad news in Billboard today. The frontman of psych-proto-punkers Love, Arthur Lee, is apparently suffering from leukemia. http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/news/articl...t_id=1002313682 Awful shame, seeing as it's only 5 years since the old chap got out of jail, after a very harsh three strikes and you're out judgement. One for next year, perhaps? West coast whimsy's loss is deathlist's gain?

Possibly only of interest to those who have worked in record shops, and huge Beach Boys fans. But Eugene Landy, 'psychiatrist' to Brian Wilson, has made himself comfortable and laid down on the couch for the last time. Landy notoriously cashed in his vulnerable celebrity client's fame wrote Wilson's money spinning biography http://xrrf.blogspot.com/2006/04/psychobit-eugene-landy.html

I believe Sky's Seeds were actually support TO a great band. Their name escapes me momentarily, also. When I visited Austin I was regaled with tales of Roky's MOTHER. Apparently she's even more of a 'character' than her son, and was still alive last I heard.
