That's where he had one. His missus heard a loud bang as he hit the floor but couldn't open the door as he was blocking it so she banged on my door asking for help. A few days later he didn't recognise her, told her his son (he didn't have one) was an armed policeman and he was in front of the hospital guarding it. Scary.

My next door neighbour had a brain haemorrhage; within a few days he was sitting up in bed talking but what he said was pure fantasy. Two days later he was in the morgue.

My apologies sir, I quoted the scheduled arrival time and not departure time. In my defence, I'd had a drink.

Weather is extra-curricular, of which YOU moaned deaths should not be listed and then go on to post deaths. They died as a result of high winds; 'hurricane' is close enough or perhaps we should have a new thread 'High winds but not hurricanes, typhoons or cyclones etc'.

I read an article that suggests he was on flight SQ226 to Singapore which landed ahead of schedule. All immediate connecting flights to Europe have departed and landed. So unless he decided on a stopover in Singapore, he's on European soil.
-
It's difficult to tell. There are no direct flights from Perth to Bordeaux but I found an article saying he was going via Singapore. If that's the case he would fly on to a major European capital and then take a flight to Bordeaux.

He's an eco-warrior for sure but I don't think they'll give him an internment for being so. -
Philosophising swine Ludwig Wittgenstein quaffed his last skinful of beer on this day in 1951 at the age of 62. Friedrich Schlegel probably met him at the pearly gates.
