(20 odd years ago.) In a lorry with full central heating/air conditioning, food in the fridge, coffee pot/kettle on the boil, laying on the bed reading a book or watching the telly, up to 500 hundred litres of diesel in the tank to power it all, being paid about 16 quid an hour because of the overtime, all because of the humongous traffic jam on the road; bliss!
