Another tool blamed for bad workmanship. Anyway, formal requests for name change can be posted here. regards, Hein Harsh, Hein. There he was, blaming his keyboard.

I like this idea. It's especially good if you have a fear of being buried/fried alive. It reminded me of the Python sketch 'is it a burner, burier or eater?' That particular Python sketch was really nasty for the time. You can actually hear the studio audience disgust and a few people even boo'ing. I found it funny though Strewth...I think you'll find

As a Bolshie list-maker the name would be appropriate.

It could have been worse. You could have been dunked. -
Yes, because dosh speaks and Salinger doesn't any more.

Are you a magistrate by any chance?

Maybe this could be BB's alternative 15 woman Death List for 2010. It's arguably a more interesting collection than ours given the common thread running through it, it's beating the DL at the moment, and doing so with 35 less names. All it needs is a catchy name. J-birds?

Why did you edit this TF? It was a fukin amazing reply. I've been trying to recall it for the record. Basically I think he was commenting somewhat directly at MPFC's questionable taste in humour, calling him a sick fuck or something like that. MPFC would probably be able to help out. I didn't actually get the joke but then I don't know what pressing Ctrl+F does.

There was a recent Which magazine article that said Wii Fit exercises were less effective at shedding weight than spending the equivalent time doing housework. You should have saved your money.

I thought silly and useless was OK around here. Besides it's not about common surnames but fairly similar women's first names, or, to be specific, as Bruno has been, those called Jane, Jayne, Jeanne, Jean and Joan. I assume a Jo, Jade, Janis or Jasmin would need to be featured elsewhere. And besides the first besides, while there may be some silliness to it, as is Bruno's wont, I can think of a lot more useless threads than this one. Besides the two besides I would add a "not only that" and that's this: it's a pretty impressive list of candidates. Far from being branded as useless, the list should be celebrated. One concession, to add to the three besides and the not only that, is that if everyone was to make first name lists, such as all the old famous Johns, for example, it could get a bit sillier. But if those lists were in this thread it would give it a kind of symmetry and justification, not that it needs either. On the other hand (to add to the besides etc), Bruno may object to his thread being hijacked in such a cavalier fashion. Or he may not.

It might make an interesting academic study sponsored by the Wheeltappers and Shunters' Social Club where June Whitfield, had she ever appeared, would have enjoyed superstar status. Much useful DDP material in some of these YouTube WT&SSC clips. Kathy Kirby could have been a unique pick for someone this year.

Complete shite, albeit catchy, annoyingly catchy. Lardy, there really is no beginning to your musical taste! Catchy like ?

I cannot look at this thread without thinking of the old joke that has a newspaper headline for a punchline that says: Artie chokes two for a pound at Tescos.

Whodunit? The butler, of course. regards, Hein Who? Bellender? Does he have an alibi?

This is not to criticise Spade for creating a new thread but the whole point of this thread was to act as a catch-all for Munich (which is discussed there) and other events such as Psycho Survivors (another unnecessary new thread) so as to keep the site reasonably tidy and avoid too many threads which will not on their own attract too much of a debate. If these topics are lumped together they can be discussed when the whim arises without cluttering the forum with lots of new special interest threads. Just a thought.

Also . A few names here to ponder in fact.
