Being a practical person, much of the cladding used on high rise buildings has not benn up to spec.
Court and legal cases will but delay issues and bring no quick remedy.
Solution, avoid time, legal costs end user/purchaser issues and provide immediate resolution of issues.
Liability lies with regulators, insurers, manufacturers, architects and builders. The end consumer deserves a level of protection.
The builders make enough margin to cover costs the architects have insurance (also should know better) the manufacturers did know better.
The issue does not need to be dragged out bur resolved quickly. The purchasers of the high rise properties are not to blame. With hindsight no one would have bought the flats from these profit merchants.
