1 pointWell I had to take my 15 year old daughter and 16 year old niece to the LG Arena in Birmingham on Friday night (yes, the coldest, snowiest night of the fucking year) so they could see One Direction. I, of course, was not attending the show, but for anyone here that might be a fan, this is my daughter's review. 'OH MY GOD MUM, IT WAS LIKE, OH MY GOD, I JUST CAN'T EVEN TELL YOU, I CAN'T EVEN TALK, IT WAS AMAZING'. She'll be working for Q Magazine before you know it.

1 pointYeah, I admit I did most of the laughing afterwards. At the time I was too busy cringing and instinctively trying to obscure the TV from my line of sight with my hands. "Go to Sleep" is such a brilliantly apt name for a wrestler's finishing move in current-day WWE. When I heard Lawler had that heart attack last year I almost wanted him to die so I could say "See? WWE is so boring it actually kills."
