Please look at the title "Grand Duchess Josephine-Charlotte(Luxembourg's QM)" She was Luxembourg's Queen Mother (virtualy) and was head of state of Luxembourg with her husband, Grand Duke Jean until 2000. It just so happens that her brother is King Albert of the Belgians. If i had just typed "Grand Duchess Josephine-Charlotte of Luxembourg dies" there wouldn't be 5 pages of aload crap about belgians.
