He will get an obit, probably all major broadsheets. 'Dread at the Controls' was a big album and The Clash connection was fairly important at the time.

Blimey, I wasn't expecting that. Probably got an arsehole like a Japanese flag now, but could be worse. -
Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but what happens if Gretna disappear from the league. Will all results and goals against them be written-off? This could cause major problems for other relegation-threatened teams, I'd have thought.

If only I had done my Deathlist revision. I was in Amsterdam last week trying to find a 'proper' coffee shop, i.e. one that sold the famously delicious dutch coffee rather than one full of boring stoners discussing at tedious length exactly which strain of cannabis would enable them to lose the ability to speak the quickest. Found one in the end, with some top quality pancake action thrown in. I don't understand the Dutch message in the p.p.p.s, but language SC! Dutch 101 tells me that SC is searching for the nearest Starbucks. Obviously this is one eco-warrier who is prepared to go all the way to The Netherlands on the quest for a double mocha choca latte mama, hang the food miles and CO2 emmisions.

She probably came out and said "Blimey. I'd give it a couple of months if I were you." -
A close relative of mine had a large and fairly prominent tattoo done which, unbeknown to her, had been embellished by a Grocer's Apostrophe. This may not be such a problem were she not to be a magazine sub-editor. She covers up well for job interviews.

That's the whole point of jazz, man. Just do what you feel and all join in on the chorus.

My other half and I were discussing this case last night. I ranted about how irresponsible the mother must have been to leave a kid on her own in a place renowned for drug-tourism. She responded by telling me her own feckless druggie mother had abandoned her on holiday in Spain at the age of 12 for 2 weeks to piss off to Morocco, only to try to get her to join her and her temporary "special friend" as he knew someone who would 'look after her'. Fortunately, she had the common sense to tell her mum to f**k right off. -

What about idiot sons of senior politicians? -
Jeebus! Is she really a hereditary peer? I'd rather the peerage passes to her daughter Carole, and that really is saying something.

Signed (only took about 20 seconds, so no excuse for anyone else) Best of luck with the committee, and remember; they're only MP's, not anything special.

That was his last groceries bill.

I'm off on tour to Switzerland, Holland and Belgium. Trying to sleep in the back of a transit with a bunch of hairy-arsed blokes, piles of music gear and one very brave/foolish woman. I'm sure I said I was too old for that sort of thing a while back.
