I'm not talking about being in the spotlight. I'm fully aware of his heart attack. It was his heart attack, the subsequent updates afterwards that then dried up that were the reason for my initial post!

British actor Richard Wilson is looking more and more like a must for serious list consideration especially given the lack of updates in the media on his circumstances.

Anyone given much consideration to the few remaining senior member's of the American Kennedy political Dynasty from the "Camelot" era? The only remaining sibling of JFK Jean Kennedy and Bobby Kennedys widow Ethel? Would be a shame especially for the deathlist if they die without being on anyone's lists? They would be a bad miss if that happened imo.

Actually, I was right the first time. Scottish second sight, you know... Who to replace him with now?His brother and successor Raul...Other alternatives include the recently abdicated King Juan of Spain, The Duke of Kent, Mikhail Gorbachev, Robert Duvall, Sean Connery.... Anyone still alive then really. Well not anyone..... I was just trying to give them a bit of variety and choice! it was the ..... But back on topic i'm hearing Mike Yarwood as a possibility. Really? Someone made some interesting posts earlier this week charting the poor health of famous author Philip Pullman? Seems he's worth considering. -

On the contrary I think there's many reasons to reckon that in 2017 the Derby Dead Pool and the Deathlist will have a"bumper" year boosted in part by lots of "overdue" long termers finally departing.

I voted Billy Graham. I feel he's a strong contender for a late "hit" in 2016 for DL

That's a great list Shaun! I was trying to remember a particular female author and now you've spared me having to rack my brain -It was Diana Athill. I see I haven’t been able to persuade you of the merits of 96 year old aristocrat The Dowager Duchess of Grafton..... -
Am I right in thinking that his father was assassinated thus didn't have a natural death? Or was the Prime Minister of Norway? I definitely know there was a political assassination in Norway but not sure if royal one. His father Olav V died in 1991 of heart attack. Maybe you are referring to Prime Minister Vikdun Quisling, who was executed after the war. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assassination_of_Olof_Palme No I was getting mixed up between Sweden and Norway -The Swedish Prime Minister was assassinated in 1986.

I'm sure lust messaging is blocked by the filters (and if it isn't it should be). Now corrected! Well spotted! -

Please not the lovely Betty White the last of The Golden Girls! Some excellent picks in there although Val Kilmer has denied publicly he has cancer for what it's worth I like Betty and hope she doesn`t die but she is nearly 95 now.Well do you believe Val Kilmer is telling the truth?I don`t! I have no idea what to make of Val Kilmer to be honest with you! His public correcting of Michael Douglas on the cancer claim was definitely put across as giving the impression of being "definite" -
Done! Many Thanks!

I tend to agree with that, rumours of dementia and ailing health been circulating for years and hinted at in the press. If anyone can think of names I've left of please post and say although I'm not sure if it's possible to re-edit the poll and add them as I'm a bit of a novice!

I certainly don't think she's a contender for an early departure so to that extent I agree with you. I could see Warren Beatty having a decent amount of longevity and being a contender for last one standing.
