    Political Frailty

Well shit. There goes Sir Creep’s opening round sleeper DL Cup pick in February. Bill Hargis, who doubled the size of Woodbury in his 17 years as mayor, died of cancer Tuesday night. More than anyone else, Hargis was responsible for shaping the modern suburb that is among Minnesota’s 10 biggest cities, with a population of 69,000. Hargis was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2008, then skin cancer in 2014. Hargis announced in January that he had advanced brain cancer. SC

The priest at two Tacoma Catholic churches collapsed while celebrating Mass on Tuesday morning from a brain bleed and is not expected to survive. The Rev. Michael Wagner, 48, was celebrating the morning Mass at the Church of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary when he fell to the ground with a ruptured cerebral aneurysm and he was taken to a Tacoma hospital, where he remains Wednesday night. Poor poor poor Milos Foreman (86), the now deceased director who had two buffoons (one lazy, one misguided) post his obit in terribly inappropriate places. So....for completeness, I will drop it here where the hell it belongs. SC

Oh ..oh oh!!!!! This list begins and ends with DIERDRE! I never know how to even say it even after hearing someone say it. AWFUL AWFUL ugly ass name. Sounds like "Dreary Fat Boring Old" (wife of Mr. Sniveling Little Rat-Faced Git).

Gertrude. How about any name they add an unnecessary 'eeee' sound to: Katy, Annie, Patty, etc., when Kate and Anne and Patricia (or Pat) will do just fine. You sound like 8-year olds. I don't mean shortened versions though. Constance (add that to this list) had better say Connie or they'll violate my 'stuffy pompous name' rule posted earlier. SC

Exactly.....thought not sure why that is. My matriarchal grandmother was Emma....but in the 1940-1990 range NO ONE would name a child ghastly 'Emma'. Then the tide turned, and usually it is a movie star or character from TV etc and all the sudden a name picks up steam. Now Emma is a top 5 name annually again. We had very much considered it for my daughter in 2010 -- granted it would have had a family tie at least -- and even had friends call her Emma a few weeks whilst in the womb. She ended up not Emma, but just sharing the story. SC

    Deadpool Detective Work

OK gang. Don't ask don't tell policy applies. Long story short, my home DP posted an obit for a guy same name as me, cute and funny. One comment led to another, and some research and come to find LHO's widow is only 76 and lives near Dallas. Come to find out they had two daughters. Come to find out there is virtually NO Internet footprint other than the same youtube video you will find. As part of Sir Creep's joking around I said well hell, if they are single maybe I could hook up with one of the girls (ages 51 and 50, I'm 54 FFS) and that would be so cool. So could someone verify if the girls are indeed married as found in this lone source below. The person has well over 1000 pages in their genealogy and usually that means lots of unsourced data and hearsay. I can't find any of these people on FB, and say what you will, it's 2018, ONE of them kids (Nicholas, ALex, Cleo, Tate) will slip up and sign up and make a profile. But NO. Bill Cosby

Janice Dickinson said Cosby flew her out to Lake Tahoe to meet her. At dinner she mentioned she had menstrual cramps. Cosby said he had something for that and she said she was given a blue pill. They went to a room, and she began to feel lightheaded and couldn't get the right words out, she testified. Cosby then got on top her. "He smelled like cigars and espresso and his body odor," she said. "I couldn't move, I felt like I was rendered motionless."

  23. Yessir. Just not first thing sans coffee. Alls I want is a phat headline 'Joe Vento Dead As A Dead Dog'. Which in fact I see, but alas, it's the same old same old. I used him as an example. There have been a few others, I just figured no way another human was ever named Joe Vento FFS

I know....where to start? Bullshit syllables thrown together to make 'new' names. Hello African-Americans I'm talking to YOU. And stuffy arse 'family' names you Brits muck around in like Beauregard Chalmondley Hamilton Smyth VI. Fuck that shit. Any of the top 50 baby names in 1960 are great. Any in 2015 are shite. I know there isn't any crossover. When was the movie "Splash' made? A pivotal part of the movie was them making fun of the girl-mermaid for choosing 'Madison' as a name, got it off a street sign. Why? Cuz Madison wasn't a fuhkin girl name -- it wasn't a first name at all. NOW look. This world fucking sucks at naming anything now. I'm surprised Joey Russ (not picking on him, he's just the right age) is Joey and not Jawan. I praise his parents. Sir C.
