It goes without saying there is nothing but solid talent (well even in round 1 of course, but)...in this upcoming round. But my goodness I'd have preferred to duck gcreptile. They need accomplishment on their own merit (and I understand as the person who used Angie Douthit in Rd 1 how tenuous that can be -- however she was clearly a reality tv personality....health seems to be temporarily kinda ok so she gets a punt from me). So...Obviously no relatives of famous people -- Obviously no one under 18 -- Obviously no one dead -- Obviously no one who is 'only famous for being ill'. I'm not sure 'being old' is fame....but it's been allowed so there it is, however shouldn't they at least be 'top 10 oldest' or at least 'countries oldest'? Olive Boar is just old. How is that fame? Whatever. At least be 'the oldest'. I've no idea about this women+football person so I'm not missing out. 2 1/2 days till kickoff. I'll turn mine in after some afternoon updates on the 27th. Well-known Canadian author and former politician James Laxer died on Feb. 23, his family confirmed on social media. He was 76. He passed away of natural causes in Paris, his son Michael wrote on Facebook. "This shocking and totally unexpected news has been devastating for our family and has not sunk in yet," the post said. Laxer was one of the founders of the Waffle, a left-wing group of the federal NDP party in the late 1960s and early 70s. (?? lol, dumb kid) SC

NBA agent Dan Fegan, who had formerly represented major clients including DeMarcus Cousins, John Wall, and Dwight Howard, died in a car crash on Sunday morning, according to The Aspen Times. Fegan was 56. Fegan had lost several high profile clients after being terminated from Independent Sports & Entertainment last March “for cause.” However, despite his depleted client base, Fegan was still one of the most recognizable names among sports agents. The sailor, whose name has not been released, died at 5:43 a.m. Saturday, Frazer said. One of the newest Marine Corps aircraft, the UH-1Y Venom is set to replace the UH-1N Huey in the Marine Corps aviation fleet. SC
