Forgive me for being a thick girl, but isn't France the home nation? In football Enland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland (some people include Ireland) are considered the Home Nations of football due to the rules for modern football being based on English and UK school rules. A match between any two of these is considered a home nations clash. The four nations also used to contest the Home Nations cup until Irish terrorists caused it to end, England v Wales England v Northern Ireland England v Scotland Wales v Northern Ireland Wales v Scotland Scotland v Northern Ireland and arguably (not generally accepted for association football) Ireland v Northern Ireland Ireland v Scotland Ireland v Wales Ireland v England These clashes are rare in competitive football (non-friendlies) since the home nations cup was abandoned, which is what makes it being scheduled for 2pm such a pain in the ass - the economic cost will likely be huge. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Home_Nations I see, thank you for that. I am on leave anyhow so no need for me to 'get the shits' or 'have women's problems' in order to skive off work to watch Ach, Lardy! I.....I can't unread that. As for the term 'Irish Terrorists' that's like some injun shooting a cop with an arrow and everyone calling him a Native American Terrorist. SirC

The Queen of Voodoo, Marie Laveau - 135 years. I have yet to visit her grave despite driving past many times. The cemetery is huge though, but I'm sure the path to her headstone is well worn. Mel Allen, the voice of This Week In Baseball, which was the only update possible before the Internet and the four-letter network - 20 years Was going to mention Lord John Reith, co-founder of the BBC, but I read up on him and he seems a pompous smug cunt, so I'll pass. Grammy-winning songwriter, producer and guitarist Lincoln Wayne "Chips" Moman, who wrote and produced hits for Elvis Presley, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, B.J. Thomas, Dusty Springfield and many others, has died. I say party hard on your 79th and let the Chips fall where they may. In this case the Chips fell "at a hospice facility in his hometown of LaGrange, Georgia, on Monday, one day after his 79th birthday." is it even nesscary to bring up Caitlin Jenner in this effing article. I get it she had a sex change and came out and its brave but do he have to always hear about. Yes Do you get it now MK?piss off, I meant why did they have to bring up the fact about Caitlin Jenner when it isn't even significant. IT'S A JOKE YOU THICK TWAT! Trani is a slang term for a transgender person, hence ... Oh I give up. In other news, Richard Simmons, who also was a fan of Trani, addresses tumours he's been living as a woman and/or is transitioning. This should send MorbidKid into a frothing frenzy. You'll notice he is on my Cancel My Appointments team! He was actually my 20th selection, as I took it upon Joe Cocker's late 2014 passing that his guitar player would come join him in a synchronistic effort. At least that was my basis. Sir C Apparently and reportedly by his agent Henry McCullough has passed away: http://theafterword.co.uk/rip-henry-mccullough/ Awaiting the usual confirmations. Well that's a surprising turn of events. RIP Mr McCullough. SC Edit: UGH yet another name on my Shadow List (17th hit) that didn't make it to my DDP team (8 hits). In fact I now have more names off my DDP (9) than on it. Bad guessing....I guess.
