The woman convicted of the “depraved heart” murder of another woman after a black market silicone butt implant has died in jail, less than three-and-a-half years into her life sentence. Tracy Lynn Garner, 58, was pronounced dead Sunday after she was moved from Central Mississippi Correctional Facility to a Jackson, Miss. The Mississippi Department of Corrections did not elaborate on her cause of death. In 2013, Garner met Karima Gordon and Angelina Barber after a referral. Barber decided not to go along with the bargain-basement booty enhancement, but 37-year-old Karima went ahead with the plan to inject hardware-grade silicone into her buttocks and died eight days later.
