Anne Reid is 85 today! Knocking on a bit and we are due a Hancock's Half Hour death. But she seems to be in fine fettle.

Found a tweet which seems to indicate Arnold "Rusty" Pouch died back in 2019: Seems to have been in various roles on numerous films behind the scenes, but we will always have him on film as the proprietor of Al's Gator City in Flight Of The Navigator:

I'm going to say that msc has done an amazing job there. Doing such a list over that extended period of time does however have built in issues - the rise in life expectancy and progress in treatment and care will somehow slightly skew the results upward. What was the average life expectancy (all genders) at the start of, and also throughout, the period for example? It's going to be a little more nuanced, how do you compare average life expectancy with folk like Jo Cox who were murdered young for example? For our purposes, it's a good indication that you can't really say one way or the other - there will always be soft and gentle easy living Labour MPs and hard drinking cigar swilling Tories. Basically we need more really hard winters and more buses on the roads to cull them further.

Just use my list on page 127, should be quicker. With Atkins' birthday fast approaching, House Willz has a new motto - Update Is Coming.

Just from a feeling I get from recording the deaths of MPS over the last three years rather than statistically, Labour MPs tend to die younger, Tories tend to get to mid-eighties and early nineties. There are the exceptions, obviously, but Tories dying in their 70s is very much the exception, Labour MPs dying in their late 80s or above very much the exception.
-
John Eden already dead prior to that discussion.

Death Notice for former Tory MP for Bournemouth West, John Eden, aged 94: http://announcements.telegraph.co.uk/deaths/242040/eden Another 90+ aged former MP not picked this year for the DDP. I'd guess he's a List of The Missed possibly. Edit: Yep picked as long ago as 2008, who knows if earlier: http://www.derbydeadpool.co.uk/deadpool2008/celebs_E.html#edenjo

Aha! Looks good, provided you work out the line-up from the ins and outs!

Further Bay City Rollers info seems to indicate that Gordon "Nobby" Clark was the vocalist on Keep On Dancing, born 10 September 1950. There's also some indication that Jonathan King did the backing vocals!!! This article from the Scottish Sun contains a pic of Pat McGlynn, who if I'm not mistaken is the mysterious 5th member on the It's A Game video - doubtful he played on the track though.
-
Now, that's one I can, only with one name though. Archie Marr: IIRC, the band went down to a four piece for the album containing their last two or three singles. However, certainly on the vid for It's A Game, there's 5 folk playing, probably not on the track if it was lifted from the album. Session?

Be-Bop Deluxe. This appears to be Andy Clark's Companies House entry: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/officers/qHkwmWfovn6L_NLHwlbSG6XhqMk/appointments cross referencing his Wiki and this: http://www.omnilexica.com/?q=andy+clark

Well it should be Phonographic which is actually correct. I'm sure we don't get "cockwomble" via the Batt!
-
Oh come on! Your mind elsewhere?
-
Due to HBO freeing this one up so I can watch from the start, I have begun watching this. At Season 5 now. Tbh, my major issue is trying to keep track of who all the folks are. "We said his/her name once, that's good enough!" I'll say this, probably one of the best opening titles I've ever seen, especially tailored to the relevant episode. Otherwise....too many tits.
