The list is updated every couple of weeks. It's current up to today (except for Rossi's death which is still to be reported by a reliable news source).
-
Indeed, it's coming in June if Ronald Atkins lives that long. It's my 3 year anniversary present to the thread.
-
Maybe have a look at page 127 of this thread.

Nirvana (British Band) Not quite sure but someone seems to have done the legwork on Alex Spyropoulos, suggesting here he was born in 1941, and from other sources most definitely in Greece. http://andrewdarlington.blogspot.com/2017/03/nirvana-original-rainbow-chasers.html I saw a print interview with Campbell-Lyons from last year indicating he was now living and working in Greece. Pity there weren't more successful, Rainbow Chaser is a mighty fine song of its time.

Peter Capaldi is 62 today! Kenneth Cope is 89 today!
-
Yep, that's why I had him as a sub. Rossi's wife died oh maybe 15 months ago, since then on my watch list. Time has run out on that watch! Anyhow, still waiting on a news source before clunking him off the masterlist of politicians.
-
Second of my subs to go on the DDP. Edit: Actually third, Peter Hobday, Zoe Caldwell and Hugh Rossi. Rick Jones from Fingerbobs better watch his back!

I'm afraid this discussion was moot before it began. Francis Leonard Tombs, Baron Tombs of Brailes died on 11th April, according to this death notice: http://announcements.telegraph.co.uk/deaths/240863/tombs-francis-leonard-(lord-tombs-of-brailes)

You are right Captain, Harris is actually a unique for you. Sorry @gcreptile, re-checked, I'll have to send you back down the table. Must have scrolled too far, because I'm working off a Word Doc as I didn't make the list of runners and riders. Above leaderboard amended.

Little further digging indicates that Laurie Jay probably died around very late Feb/early March 2017 - seems to be definitely dead by 6 March:
-
Nero And The Gladiators. Colin Green seems to have been quite a prolific musician, becoming a member of, then leaving, then rejoining Georgie Fame And The Blue Flames. His home page is here: http://colingreen.co.uk/index.html says at the bottom he is living in South Oxfordshire with his missus Christine and son Morgan, so some family there. Can't seem to find anything indicating his age. Haven't been able to trace a Will and Probate for Laurence Jacobs aka Laurie Jay, or anything in the intestate estates. Maybe he died abroad?
-
Well, I can hardly blame the BBC for that!
-
Anyone else notice that the boat the grown up Indiana Jones falls off in The Last Crusade was called the Corona? Nice, BBC, nice call to show that on Easter Monday during a pandemic of coronavirus.
-
Peter Davison is 69 today!
