Tower Records on Argyle Street in Glasgow was the place to go. Sadly, they shut up shop and that store has never had a really long term tenant/occupier since. With the renewed interest in vinyl, Glasgow is begging for a shop like Tower Records again....

Dorothy Malone snubbed? Wow. Began with Avildsen, bit of a surprise there. And good to see Suzuki and Nakajima remembered. -

Three teams thought Sir Roger Bannister would be a runaway success for them. Sadly, as in life, he went too quick.

Wasn't having a go msc, I know how tightrope-ish it is criteria wise to go on the Hare's Pool. If you've decided eligibility, who are we? Merely players, who strut and fret....yadadada.... *hugs*
-
Thanks. So the fame level not really what we expected at the get go, ha ha.

The Hare's Pool rule: never pick a Vanessa, they go too quickly. After Lafaye comes Goodwin and an early hit for three teams.

Critically, Gillo Dorfles is an early and unique hit on this pool. Ah, well, the team can be philosophical about their measly point award.

Italian art critic and philosopher Gillo Dorfles, dead at 107. https://translate.google.co.uk/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fmilano.repubblica.it%2Fcronaca%2F2018%2F03%2F02%2Ffoto%2Fmorto_gillo_dorfles_107_anni-190174281%2F1%2F%231&edit-text DDP Pick.
-
Yeah, I'm just hopeful I get somewhere this time. Uniques everywhere, but then I do pick the ones who live (see every pool I've entered). I'm rather disappointed Fixed Business stole my Bob Newhart unique...and why didn't I pick Morricone? He's in everything else I've entered...

I'll do it for us both.
