I'd certainly welcome a bar on executions being made Jokers if they are allowed at all. To get a third of the way to a title with a guaranteed death...well...I'm bamboozled. But if we all know what we're getting into at the start, the rules are clear and it's MPFC's game to set the rules. The more agreement and much nodding contributes to a greater entry pool. I stuck with my team and I'm not complaining. I'm just interested to see if I can get a higher score than last year. Finishing on zero at the announcement of a champ doesn't bother me at all. Orrabest, as we say...

No problem, all input is invited, especially from former (and possibly future?) Champions. So it's all started off rather quicker than I thought. I was hoping to sit back until at least March, but I must have been mad to think that! (March Hare, geddit?) I'll get my coat...

There's always teething, as I recall. Once there's hundreds of sets of eyes on it, all the little things come out and all credit to TMIB, he patiently responds to our observations and things are fixed. And we bloody well love him for it. Don't we?
-
Sorry you are having a time of it, TMIB. As always, it'll all get fixed, streamlined and settle down. Take as long as you need.

Yeah, I don't like having the leaderboard way back at the start of thread, I must admit. That's my only niggle with Deathrace, a fine competition run by an excellent runner. Why have a post saying you are updating the leaderboard? It's an extra click. Here's a post, it's the leaderboard, have a look is my preferred option.

Looks like I'll be just seeing who dies later in the year. Ah, that sometimes death is scheduled for easy points....
-
You know what? I might just do that shortly anyway. Who's got who is on page 22. Easy way to remember that. But I do think a new thread might be apt.

There is 3 Roger Taylors Queen Drummer Duran Duran Drummer My childhood Dentist Interestingly (to me) the first two Rogers qualified for consideration for my 1981 theme team. In the event, I picked neither. I didn't pick one of the two Dave Stewarts either.
-
There's two Vivian Campbells. Are there two? I dunno.
-
Right, I'm off for a ponder. I can only see 13 survivors imo. I knew this would be a nightmare! Post my team soon.

An occasional competition exists called the Birth List somewhere, where we have occasionally nominated the date, name and weight of a child of celebrity, normally Royal. I won Princess Charlotte's competition by going for a late delivery.

FFS! Never had him going so soon, Mediterranean born etc, I was sure he had 10-15 years in him. I'm going to miss a ton of Beatles related deaths this year, I know it... -
Hmm, lost a few potential uniques to that pesky team picking 1982 pop stars! Overall not entirely unexpected. What will be, will be.
-
And we are at the starting gate....
-
Haven't looked yet. I'll have a stroll, update my favourites etc etc. Still, will allow me to start Round Ups quite early.

Dammit, I was done until that post! I'd rather have the cliff edge, if I'm honest. Stick your negotiations EU, we are gone, not in 2 years but now. Come and see us if you want anything. We'll get on doing the deals we need to do right now. May's a remainer, pure and simple. And already a weak performer domestically and abroad. We'll end up with Brexit Light at this rate. She'll have to buck up, or fuck off. -
I may have said this before:
