I like this idea, the only possible drawback is that it will make reaching 100 points a lot easier. I would have been at 106 points now instead of 91. At least four more teams would also have broken 100 by now (didn't bother to check all of them), without taking into account the larger incidence of picks such as Muhammad Ali and Joao Havelange this would have (presumably) caused.
