Got a note from this guy in Banning just today: Our City Clerk forwarded me your inquiry. Based on the records I’ve seen online, I’m sad to say that Sally Sweetland passed away on February 8, 2015 at the age of 103. One of our council members who knew her just confirmed that with me this morning. She had been a resident of the Sun Lakes community here in the city and was very well-respected.
