HD Revanna hospitalised . He is currently under arrest, so I wouldn't trust him too much.
He is Deve Gowda's son and Kumaraswamy's brother/rival. His son just fled to Germany to avoid arrest as he appears to be a very prolific serial rapist, and Revanna has been arrested in connection to the scandal.

From the list, one (excluding Sheikh Salem, Abdoulaye Wade etc) I am especially impressed is still alive is Syrian Muslim Brotherhood leader Issam al-Attar. He was gravely ill for months between 2019 and 2020 and in ICU again in May 2020.

He is getting huge coverage. Every item on KCNA is now about him, and he got the first page of Rodong Sinmun while KJU is on the second. He got WaPo, AP and even BBC obits. Most of the North Korea we know stems from his sick fantasies.
The official obituary mentions he had been suffering from multiple organ failure for more than two years, which seems kind of "fucking finally dead" even on their part. He was hospitalised in April 2022, when COVID hit the country. Around that period Yang Hyong-sop and Hyon Chol-hae died, he likely was stuffed on life support for the remaining two years.
Kim Yong-nam and Choe Yong-rim are now the remaining elders. Don't know if they are on Kim's funeral committee.
