Jimmy Carter - Not going anywhere soon but too old to be dropped now. Pierre Cardin - Quiet of late but his age makes him too risky to be dropped. Bob Dole - Looks like he will get a really high position in the 2020 list if he makes it. Henry Kissinger - Still making public appearances despite being unable to walk.
