One of the biggest ones this month with Bennington and Xiaobo.

A death notice is fine, so that lesser known artists can qualify. Not every pick has to be unique, but you can't copy an entire team so there wont be any ties So if somebody has Lynn, Campbell, and Nelson for country, you can have 2/3 of those three but not all 3.

Oh yeah. As long as it is on a streaming service. Jay Z is tidal exclusive and I would allow him on a rap team since he does stream. at the very least, they need to have their music on youtube.

Yep. It's also big in California too! Rep. Maxine Waters doesn't even live in her own congressional district!

Somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed... He really needs to stop, his tweets are going to Cher levels of tweeting. May I remind you all of these gems ? My personal favorite is "Wtf is mdna"

Steve Scalise was released from the hospital.

It's not that gerrymandered, I've never seen an experience with it and i've moved all across the country in Louisiana, Arizona, and North Carolina. They're all reliably red states and from what I notice they're all pretty straightforward with their congressional districts. I have heard that the most gerrymandering occurs in states like Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Where some states' congressional districts are shaped like the picture below. I personally think a 3rd party commission needs to be set up (not by the house leadership) to draw districts and accurately use census data to determine where the districts should be. However it is ambitious nowadays to want any bipartisanship in the way our elections are held.

Hate to be that person, But McConnell runs the senate... Kevin McCarthy and Paul Ryan run the house.
-
that's because every single race held this year was held by trump appointees in traditionally conservative states. Montana, Georgia, South Carolina, and Kansas. We should be surprised that Rob Quist and Jon Ossoff came so close in their districts.

He had cancer in the first place?!?!? Certainly one too watch, especially if it seems like it returns.

Deathlist Dreaming
Zsa Zsa's leg replied to harrymcnallysblueandwhitearmy's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
I had a dream a few nights ago that Zsa Zsa Gabor rose from her urn and went on to live for another 5 years. -
Happy belated 94th birthday In other news... Dole nominated for congress' highest civilian honor!

Carter predicts U.S.A. will eventually have single payer healthcare. I think he's right on this one, I feel like Obamacare was set up to pave the path for single payer healthcare in the future. I wouldn't necessarily say Carter is credible in his "predictions" though, I recall him predicting presidents will one day have 6 year terms.

I'll put it short for you so you don't have to watch the video: Congressional Republicans
-
Shouldn't he be resting? Not really the best thing for your health to return to congress only a week after brain surgery... He looks tired.
-
Returns to senate. Frail and has a massive scar above his left eye.
-
Never heard of any of them tbh. I would say Chester Bennington is the most significant but I am a millennial.
-
Looks like July is becoming the new April. Can't even find anybody to put down for the "Most significant death of each month".

Saw her on a few shadow lists and was on my long list. She has an interesting lifestory too!

He was and still is a risky pick. He could go on for a decade and there really was no reason to specifically nominate him in 2016.

Even with another 9/11 or War, Trump's victory would still be uncertain, George W. Bush barely defeated John Kerry even with a 90% approval rating and being a wartime president. With Trump innately being an idiot, he most likely won't be able to handle a 9/11 in a manner that would assure his re-election. If Trump gets a challenger more passionate and engaging than paint drying (John Kerry), he will have trouble preserving the rust belt.
-
Well. I really hope the committee learned their lesson from putting Gazza on the list. He has to have been one of the worst picks in recent years. MacGowan would be a horrible pick, you can't always depend on alcoholism and a terrible figure for a hit.

Or does he? I can't remember.
