I've been away for the last 10 days or so, so am only just getting round to reading through this. You're quite right of course. I couldn't open the link at the time I read it, and then forgot about it. C'est la vie. As I said, in that previous post, that surrogacy should definitely count. And there should be the bonuses in the event of it being a multiple birth. However, what I don't think is reasonable is for the age bonuses to apply, as a surrogate can be used by people of any age with an equal likelihood of success. As such, the points scored would be for the lowest age bracket. So, I think that's 15 points.
