Still continues to be unclear over the date of death. The Sun’s timeline in this article gives the date as 3 January, but in their live blog (yes to all those questioning his place on the list - the Sun has been running a live blog giving us hourly and half hourly updates), the 5.00am update says he died 5 January.

    Political Frailty

This is where the hoax originated, 18 hours ago. If you look at the news ticker on the bottom it mentions the 2015/16 football season, so the clip is fake/old/inaccurate. The follow up reports this morning from African press all had the age wrong so nothing added up.

    Queen Margrethe II of Denmark

It was announced she will remain ‘Her Majesty’ so could only assume she will remain Queen Magrethe (source), otherwise she should only be stylised as Her Royal Highness. It would be tricky to become a Princess given she stripped four of her grandchildren of their Prince/Princess titles only last year.

This leaves two living former Prime Ministers: - Kamla Persad-Bissessar (sixth serving 2010-2015) - Keith Rowley (seventh and incumbent serving since 2015)

    Thoughts On The 2024 List

Surprised to see Yoko Ono dropped and no Frank Field or Douglas Hurd. Equally think David Attenborough is approaching too old and too big of a name to miss so should have been included. That said it seems a very solid list.
